Jagmeet started his career in 2006 as an insurance advisor with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance in India — sitting with families, one conversation at a time, helping them understand how to protect what matters most.
His honest approach and strong work ethic grew into leadership, where he trained and led other advisors. He then took on senior roles in real estate and housing — as Vice President of Cosmic Structures Ltd. and Executive Director of Vardhman Indo Housing (P) Ltd. — delivering homes for families from planning to handover. As Managing Director of Team Invictus Services Pvt. Ltd., he brought insurance and real estate together to offer families more complete financial solutions.
In 2020, Jagmeet moved to Canada with the same values. Two years later he founded Team Invictus Services Inc. in British Columbia — Policy Place — with one goal: make insurance easy to understand, honest and helpful, with a focus on long-term support rather than quick sales.
That experience across insurance, real estate and business is what makes the difference for clients today — especially families planning for property, business succession and the next generation.
