Policy Place (the “App”) is provided by Team Invictus Services Inc., operating as Policy Place (“we,” “us,” “our”).
This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. This policy
covers the Policy Place mobile app specifically — for our website’s privacy practices, see our general Privacy Policy .
Policy Place is a professional tool for licensed insurance advisors. It is not intended for use by the general
public.
To use the App, an advisor may enter and store on their own device:
* Advisor profile information: name, phone, email, license details, agency information
* Client information entered by the advisor: name, date of birth, contact details, address, family details,
financial information relevant to insurance needs analysis
* Signatures collected during the document-signing process
* Records of quotes, documents, and needs-analysis figures created within the App
Information is used solely to provide the App’s core functionality: preparing insurance needs analyses,
generating disclosure and fact-finding documents, and enabling advisors to serve their clients. We do not sell
client or advisor data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Client and advisor data entered into the App is currently stored locally on the advisor’s own device using the
device’s secure on-device storage. It is not transmitted to or stored on Team Invictus Services Inc. servers.
Generated PDF documents are created on-device; when an advisor chooses to share a document (e.g., via WhatsApp,
email, or AirDrop), that transmission happens through the advisor’s own device and the third-party app they
select — we do not control or retain a copy of that transmission.
Since data is stored on the advisor’s device, it persists until the advisor deletes it within the App or
uninstalls the App. Clients may contact their advisor directly to request their information be updated or
removed from the advisor’s device.
The App is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 18.
We may update this policy as the App’s functionality changes (for example, if we introduce cloud sync or
team accounts in a future version). Material changes will be reflected with an updated date above.
